Unable to perform recovery on Panasonic PCs.
Answer
If you started Recovery from the Setup Menu on your Panasonic PC (Windows 11), but the screen returned to the Setup Utility (BIOS screen) and the recovery process did not progress, please refer to the downloadable PDF below.
We have confirmed that this issue can be avoided by applying the Windows Update released in or after the fourth week of June 2026.
