Information

This document describes how to update Software of FZ-T1 from internal storage.

[Preparation]
 Use PC for the software update.
  1. Download the update Software file from the download site to PC.
  2. Connect FZ-T1/L1 and PC with USB cable.
    Please refer to "Referential Document: ADB USB Driver for FZ-L1, FZ-N1 and FZ-T1".
  3. After FZ-T1/L1 has been recognized by PC as media storage, save the update Software file to "Download" folder of the internal storage of FZ-T1/L1.
    Note* If more than one files are stored in "Download" folder,
    "Two or more software is stored in the "Download" folder."
    message appears, and update is not available.

Reason for Update

Firmware Version: 15-02-220-034
  1. Apply the Android security Patches(March 2020)
  2. Fix the issue that DUT can not connect to car navigation via Bluetooth.
  3. Fix the issue that app can not get the Battery Health information via Intent API.
  4. Fix the issue that Google playstore crashes randomly during general usage.
  5. Fix the issue that DUT sometimes can not turn on NFC at Setup wizard.
  6. Fix the issue After the connection configuration for stealth WiFi access point on UE is updated and stored, UE can not connect to the WiFi access point.
  7. Fix the issue that Toughpad API Service stopped with custom button handler application built on target API level 26 or later.
  8. Fix the issue that Google Map sometimes suddenly closed.
  9. Add the setting of “Headset terminal expansion” and change headset terminal detection conditions.
  10. Fix the issue that Call screen turn off immediately.
