Question

Internal Display may sometimes flicker slightly on battery when the screen brightness is maximized.

Answer

This phenomenon is not a failure.
If Internal Display flickers while using on battery and setting the screen brightness to the maximum, you can avoid it by disabling power saving mode (PSR) according to the following procedure.
  1. From the Windows desktop, press ALT + CTRL + F12 or from the system tray, Launch the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel.
  2. In the control panel, select "Power".
  3. Select "Battery operation".
  4. Select "Panel Self-Refresh" and select "Disable".
    * If the item of "Panel Self-Refresh" is not displayed, this problem does not occur.
  5. Select [Apply].
  6. Select Yes to confirm your changes.
  7. Close the control panel.

Note: The operating time on battery may be shorter depending on the operating environment.
