If you set the microphone access to OFF while the app is running, the error message "Stopping Capture (General Error)." is displayed, and the app does not end even if you press the close button.

Tap the X button on the top right to exit the app and restart the app. (Images taken at this time are not saved.)

Install newest version at Microsoft Store.

Windows 10 Ver.1903 [May 2019 Update]

If you continue to use in night mode or barcode reading mode, the error message "Panasonic PC Camera Utility has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." may be displayed.

Please restart the app after tapping the close button.
This issue will be fixed after execute Windows Update (KB4517211).

When the still image resolution ratio is 4: 3 (horizontal: vertical) and a still image is shot at a resolution of 1600x1200 or higher, all images are shot at 1600x1200.
