OS (Windows 10) has been updated to Version 1803 or later. And the setting is used so that the system does not go to sleep when the display is closed.
At that time, incorrect touch panel input may occur. Is there a way to correct?

Answer

Follow the steps below to check the version of OS and the version of System Interface Manager.

 1. Click (Start button) at the bottom left corner, and then click [Settings] - [System] -

[About].

 2. Check "Version" in "Windows Specifications".

  1909: Windows 10 November 2019 Update

  1903: Windows 10 May 2019 Update

  1809: Windows 10 October 2018 Update

  1803: Windows 10 April 2018 Update

  1709: Windows 10 Fall Creators Update

  1703: Windows 10 Creators Update

  1607: Windows 10 Anniversary Update

 3. Execute "Panasonic PC Settings Utility" from Start menu, and open [Support] tab.

 4. Select [System] in left menu bar of "Panasonic PC Settings Utility".

 5. Click [Launch PC Information Viewer] to launch the "PC Information Viewer".

 6. Open [Programs 2] of "PC Information Viewer", and confirm the version information of

"System Interface Manager".


If the version of System Interface Manager is older than the following in combination with the OS, please update System Interface Manager based on linked page information.


Please update software other than System Interface Manager according to the linked information as needed.

Notes

If incorrect touch panel input occurs even after updating the software, the touch panel may be broken. In that case, please ask for repair.

Reason for Update

When Windows 10 is updated from Version 1709 (Fall Creators Update) or earlier to Version 1803 (April 2018 Update) or later and used, and the System Interface Manager "has not been updated to a version compatible with Version 1803 or later, when the display is closed, or when the display is subsequently opened, incorrect touch panel input may occur.
