Try closing the app and reporting it.

3D camera image can not be displayed,so,this message is displayed.
Please switch camera by camera changing button.

[Panasonic PC Measure Utility]
When starting "Panasonic PC Measure Utility" immediately after booting or resuming PC, the preview shows greenish image.

The new firmware which resolves the issue has been released.
Please download it from the following URL and update in accordance with the instruction.
 RealSense firmware Update Program (V5.9.2.0)

The changes of data order are not reflected on the file.

The changes of data order will be reflected when the file is created. Please change the saved file name.

The application might not start properly because the 3D camera is in trouble after resuming with "Hybrid Sleep" ON.

If this issue occurred, the application can work after restarting the PC.
Don't enable the "Hybrid Sleep" of the power option.

When starting the Panasonic PC Measure Utility in Tablet mode, it might be hidden behind the start menu.

Select the application again to bring its window to the front.
