If you use Vehicle Dock/Cradle connected, you can not charge while sleeping, even if Always on Charging is enabled in the USB charging setting of the BIOS setting menu. The USB of the port replicator is only operating during system on. And when Quick Charging is enabled, the USB port on the tablet side will charge while sleeping.

When connecting the port replicator, if you need not to charge the tablet side USB during sleep, please disable Always on Charging, Quick Charging setting.
