How to set a static IP address for Wi-Fi connection.
Answer
Windows 10 IoT Mobile Enterprise, Ver.1511 or Ver.1607:
- Tap [Settings] -> [Network & wireless].
- Tap [Wi-Fi] -> [Static IP].
- Turn on [Configure network settings manually].
- Enter IP address, Subnet mask, Default gateway, and DNS.
- Tap [Done].
- Shutdown your device and turn on again. (You have to restart your device to enable configuration changes.)
Windows 10 IoT Mobile Enterprise, Ver.1703 or later:
- Tap [Settings] -> [Extras].
- Tap [Other settings] -> [Advanced] of Wi-Fi -> [Static IP] of Wi-Fi Static IP.
- Turn on [Configure network settings manually].
- Enter IP address, Subnet mask, Default gateway, and DNS.
- Tap [Done].
- Tap [Restart] to reboot your device. (You have to restart your device to enable configuration changes.)"
