Answer

Please download the optional feature (optical character recognition) by the following procedure.

  1. Click Start(Start button) at the bottom left of the screen and click Settings(Settings).
  2. Open [Time & Language].

  4. Open [Options] of language used.

  5. If the following window is displayed, please wait for a while until the [Download] button is displayed.

  6. Push [Download]button of [Basic typing].

Notes

OCR feature can't be used in some languages which Windows doesn't support OCR feature.
