FAQ:
1 | Question: | Can updater work on unprovisioning system? What happen if update firmware without unprovisioning? |
---|---|---|
Answer: | Updater can work without unprovisioning and after updating system will work fine. But according to Intel, vulnerability may remain without unprovisioning, so we strongly recommend unprovisioning before update. | |
2 | Question: | If ME version can not be read or is 0.0.0.0, what should do? |
Answer: | First shutdown system and remove AC and battery both. After 15s, attach AC and battery again then power on system and retry. |
