Question
"Couldn't take screenshot." message is notified in the notification area, can not take screenshot.
Answer
When you upgrade your device to Windows 10 IoT Mobile Enterprise from Windows Embedded 8.1 Handheld, screenshot may not be taken within the same day.
To recover this issue, delete or rename screenshot image files with today's date stamp in "This Device > Pictures > Screenshots" directory using File Explorer app.
