To fix the following problem.
The system time clock is changed one hour ahead on the first Sunday in April, and one hour back on the last Sunday in October on the target models.
Notes
If the system time clock is already changed, this tool doesn't fix this issue.
Please adjust date and time using OS setting.
When the PC is connected the network, the time clock is set automatically.
