Installation procedure
Please read the support information document [CF-20_SupportInformation_TPMissue_Eng_v2.pdf] carefully before using the TPM Driver Patch Tool.
- Download the TPM Driver Patch Tool In the same site where you download this document, download the TPM Driver Patch Tool (fixtpm_v100l10.exe).
- Expand the TPM Driver Patch Tool Execute “fixtpm_v100l10.exe”. If User Account Control Window appears, click [Yes].
- Execute the TPM Driver Patch Tool In the unpacked location (default: C:util2fixtpm), execute [fixtpm(.bat)]. If User Account Control Window appears, click [Yes].
