User can not receive file data with Bluetooth.

Answer

Please execute following operation.
- For Windows 8.1, Windows 10
1.	Please tap the Bluetooth icon in the task tray.
2.	Please select "Receive a File" menu.
- For Windows 7
1.	Please tap the Bluetooth icon in the task tray.
2.	Please select "Open Settings" menu.
3.	Please Check "Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer".
