File Description

OS Upgrade Utility will perform the steps shown below in the sequence indicated.

1. Update important drivers: Update the drivers that are necessary for this utility to work.
2. Download: Download the drivers and applications for Windows 10.
3. Update Drivers-1: Install drivers for Windows 10 (those required for the other drivers to work).
4. Update Drivers-2: Install drivers for Windows 10.
5. Update applications: Install the applications for Windows 10.

Please run this software after have upgraded to Windows 10.
This software is not supporting clean install.

Installation procedure

1. Download following program (OSUpgradeUtility_d20164122.exe), and save it to the hard drive or external media (e.g. external hard drive, memory card, rewritable DVD and so on).
2. Extract the downloaded file according to the following procedures.
ⅰ. Double-click the downloaded file.
ⅱ. At [User Account Control] screen, click [Yes].
ⅲ. When the license agreement appears, read it carefully, and then click [Yes(Y)].
ⅳ. The [Destination Location] screen appears. Usually you don’t need to change the destination location.
The default destination is [C:/util2/osupgrd].
Click [OK].
ⅴ. The folder appears when extracting finishes. Close the folder. (wait for a while depending on download size.)

* If the message [Folder already exists. Do you want to replace it?] appears, Click [Yes].
3. Open [File Explorer], and then browse [C:util2osupgrd] folder. Right-click setup(.exe), and click [Run as administrator]. (At [User Account Control] screen, click [Yes].)
4. Follow the message displayed and install. If [Do you want to completely remove the selected application and all of its features?] is displayed, follow the message displayed and uninstall previous version program (OS Upgrade Utility), and then do again from step 3 again.
5. When the install completed, run [OS Upgrade Utility] from start menu.
6. At [User Account Control] screen, click [Yes].
7. Follow the message displayed.

Notice

1. This program requires a stable circuit quality. Also this program downloads up to about 2GB files.
2. This program requires disk space to extract and save the downloaded files more than 3GB.
3. This program doesn't support standard user. Please log on as an administrator user.
4. When the following message is displayed while "OS Upgrade Utility" is executed.


File download failed. Please check your Internet connection, wait a while, and then execute the OS Upgrade Utility again.
