(Procedure 1)Change DP1.2 to DP1.1 of an external display setting.
(Procedure 2)Since 90 degrees of touch-panel operations shift, please connect and operate by a mouse.
- Show Desktop → right-click, select "Screen resolution" → select "3840x2160" in a "Resolution:" → OK → "Keep Changes"
Even if it reboots, this issue stops reappearing after this, since a preset value is saved at registry.Touch a Touch Operation Help Utility application icon in the task tray.
