In the following procedures, please invalidate "Synaptics SMBus Driver".
The procedures using the keyboard.
1.Press <Windows> + <X>.
2.Press <M> to open the Device Manager.
3.Press <Tab>, move to "System Devices" using <↓>, and press <→> to show all system devices.
4.Move to "Synaptics SMBus Driver" using <↓>.
5.Press <Shift> + <F10> to open menu then press <D>.
6.Message box "Disabling this device will cause it stop functioning.
Do you really want to disable it?" appears, then press <Y>.
7.Close all opening files and applications before restarting the computer.
8.Press <Windows> + <X>.
9. Press <U>, then press <R>. Computer will restart.
After the computer restarts, please check the touch pad is working.
