After phone update (Windows Update), a tile of the start screen moved.
Answer
At country in which the Cortana is not supported, if doing phone update (Windows Update), one of tiles of the start screen may move at the bottom ofthe start screen.The moved tile can be returned to the former position by pressing and holdingthe moved tile.
