Windows 7 can boot when UEFI is disabe.

Answer

It is the specification of OS.
When the UEFI boot is set to enabled in the BIOS SETUP utility (Boot → UEFI Boot → "Enabled"), Windows7 can not boot.

Please execute following operation.
1) Starting SETUP utitility procedure.
2) Press [F2] when connecting keyboard and power on.
3) Tap Left-Top on the touch screen when power on.
4) Push the rotation lock button when power on.
