Windows 8.1 / Windows 10 cannot boot on UEFI.

Answer

When the UEFI boot is set to disabled in BIOS SETUP utility, Windows8.1 / Windows10 cannot boot. Starting SETUP utility procedure.
- For Windows 8.1
1.	Charm → Settings → Change PC Settings → Update and recovery → Recovery → "Advanced startup" - Restart now
2.	Troubleshoot → Advanced options → UEFI Firmware Settings → Restart
- For Windows 10
1.	Start menu → Settings → Update & Recovery → Recovery → "Advanced startup" - Restart now
2.	Troubleshoot → Advanced options → UEFI Firmware Settings → Restart
