When you encounter this problem, please execute following operation.
- For Windows 7
1.	Start → "devices and printers".
2.	Select your computer and long tap. Tap "Bluetooth settings" in menu.
3.	Check "Show the Bluetooth icon in the notification area" → Apply.
- For Windows 8.1
1.	Charm → Settings → Control Panel.
2.	Select "View devices and printers".
3.	Select your computer and long tap. Tap "Bluetooth settings" in menu.
4.	Check "Show the Bluetooth icon in the notification area" → Apply.
- For Windows 10
1.	Long tap on "Start menu" → Control Panel.
2.	Select "View devices and printers".
3.	Select your computer and long tap. Tap "Bluetooth settings" in menu.
4.	Check "Show the Bluetooth icon in the notification area" → Apply.
