Information
This document describes how to update Software of FZ-X1 from internal storage.
[Preparation]
Use PC for the software update.
- Download the update Software file from the download site to PC.
- Connect FZ-X1 and PC with USB cable.
Please refer to following "Referential Document: FZ-X1 ADB USB Driver". - After FZ-X1 has been recognized by PC as media storage, save the update Software file to "Download" folder of the internal storage of FZ-X1.
Note* If more than one files are stored in "Download" folder,
"Two or more software is stored in the "Download" folder." message appears, and update is not available.
Reason for Update

- Add the function which camera key cannot be valid based on the user setting.
- Fix the issue that the power comsumption is higher than the expected value on some condition.

- In firmware version at the time of product shipment, can't be downgraded from "after tcd_tough-10-300-01-014-018" to "tcd_tough-10-300-01-014-014, 013, 011, 009, 007, and 016".
