In the Toughpad FZ-A1 series, be update of the Touchscreen firmwarefrom microSD memory card.
[Preparation]- MicroSD memory card- MicroSD-SD adaptor (if necessary)- FZ-A1 computer with fully charged battery or please connect AC adapter with battery charge above 30%.- Confirm the Touchscreen firmware version on your FZ-A1 computer. Launch the Hardware Diagnostic application and select "System Information". If the version is already "1.003", this update is not necessary.
