  • Cannot receive file via Bluetooth.

Answer

If you try to send a file via Bluetooth from other PC to CF-MX4/CF-SX4, the following may occur:

  1. CF-MX4/CF-SX4 does not appear in the destination list on transmitter PC
  2. CF-MX4/CF-SX4 appears in the destination list but cannot be selected.
  3. File transfer fails with error message.

To send a file via Bluetooth correctly, before sending a file, please prepare the following on CF-MX4/CF-SX4:

  1. Click the Bluetooth icon on the taskbar
  2. Click "Receive a file"
