Issue
Step1) open BIOS setting menu -> Exit tab
Step2) Load Default Values -> Load Optimized Defaults? -> Yes -> Save Values and Reboot -> Reboot
Step3) Windows 8, 8.1 fails to boot up

Workaround
Step4) open BIOS setting menu -> Boot tab
Step5) UEFI Boot [Disabled] -> [Enabled] -> Save Values and Reboot Step3) Windows 8, 8.1 will boot up successfully
