Question

After updating Windows 10, the following problem occurs.

 1. At Panasonic PC Setting Utility → Settings → Touch Screen.

Can't change Touch Screen mode because Touch Screen mode will not be displayed.

And Touch Screen mode return to default mode, therefore Pen input

can't be used in some models.

 2. At Panasonic PC Setting Utility → Settings → Button / Key → HOLD Button.

Can't disable Touch Screen.

 3. There may be cases can't disable Touch Screen even if enable Concealed mode.

 4.  (TOUGHBOOK only)

In the case that the setting is made so that the system does not go to sleep, when the

display is closed, or when the display is subsequently opened, incorrect touch panel input

may occur.

Please update "System Interface Manager" with the following modules.

If the following problem occur after updating System Interface Manager, Please apply Panasonic PC Setting Utility Update Program (V5.03L12 M00).

[Problem]

After updating System Interface Manager, and setting Touch Screen on Panasonic PC Setting Utility, it displays "Settings Failer" error message.
However, the setting has been changed to the specifyed mode.

Please update "Panasonic PC Settings Utility" with the following URL.
